Follow-up sessions are 45-60 minutes each and are fully focused on progressing your care. Each visit builds on the last: reassessing movement, addressing changes in symptoms, refining your treatment as needed and adjusting your plan of care in real-time based on how you’re responding. Sessions may include hands-on manual therapy, guided exercise, movement re-education and strategies to improve how you move and feel day to day.
